I've been seeing these cute star blocks across blog land. So I decided I'd get a jump on Halloween and make one myself. It also gave me an excuse to play with my new favorite fabric, cheddar.
I found the tutorials over at heartspunquilts.blogspot.com
They are fairly quick and easy and sew fun! Check it out!
They don't use too much fabric, most can be made with scrap. They are 6 1/2 inch blocks. Too cute!
No more playing for me, I have housework. Yuck.
I decided yesterday that what I really need, is a housewife.
Take care, Brandie

Love these star blocks, and a pat on the back to you for getting ahead of the timeline. This will be a fun Halloween quilt.

Great for Halloween.
I guess I need to stay home a little more as I haven't seen any of these yet, but I sure do like yours though.
