I'm thinking I may quilt "HIS" and "HERS" on the shams. What do you think? To old fashioned?

What a Sham
Today I opened up my blue scrap box to make a couple pillow shams to go with my cousins quilt.
I think this will be a great bridal shower gift. A little preview before the wedding gift, the quilt.
I'm thinking I may quilt "HIS" and "HERS" on the shams. What do you think? To old fashioned?

those will be very neat shams. hmmm, I would like the his and hers because it is a vintage sort of thing but I don't know about what she might like.

ReplyDeleteI saw a set that said "Good Night" and "Sweet Dreams" in a cursive font and they looked wonderful. I remember it in red in a quilting mag...I'll go look, but no promises. Just a thought.
